This edition was published in several states of

• 600 standard copies;
• 300 numbered copies (black ink) and 80 numbered copies (red ink) housed in a plain black slipcase. Signed by Stephen King and Jerry Uelsmann (photographer)
• 15 deluxe editions bound in leather roman numeral numbered  I-XV (black ink) and 10 deluxe editions bound in leather roman numeral numbered  I-X (red ink) signed by Stephen King and all contributors of the deluxe edition

200 aftermarket traycases were produced for the standard editions with a small number also housing a set of photographs (as in the numbered edition) in the traycase lid – (as shown here)
